The Trio Company will work with your IT department to ensure a secure and seamless transfer of the required electronic data needed for our electronic file review. We have identified the necessary fields needed to maximize the success of our accounts payable review and pricing analysis. Depending on which option works best for your company, we can receive the electronic data by means of the following options.
1.Zipped and copied to a Compact Disc, then mailed to our IT department. IT Contact Information:

2. Zip file and e-mailed to our IS Department at:ateel@thetriocompany.com
3. Uploaded through our FTP (File Transfer Protocol) interface.
We will assign your company a user name and password to access our FTP site.
Prepare the required files with the requested fields.
Transmit the files via your preferred FTP software program, or we can provide you with a software
program via a CD or through our website. The file name should include your facility name and be placed in the folder bearing your company's name.
